This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Senior Living Hub App (“the app”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, email, name, room number, phone number, additional comments, and data stored in cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the App, and use its functions we collect information about your use of the App. This includes the storage of your information on third party servers under our administration at FreshDesk and Setmore. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above and to carry out the services and service the Orders placed by you through the App. For example, we use inter alia, Google Firebase, Freshdesk, and Setmore to process and use the data to carry out the services available through the App.
